Administration
The Administration sector of the University Sisters of Assumption ensures that the effectiveness of the congregation is maintained within the church through regular evaluation and access reports received on the state of the Communities. She sees to the development of the institute, formation, professional training, ongoing education and retirement programmes. She unifies, directs, encourages and challenges her members towards their spiritual and temporal welfare, ensuring their fidelity to the rules and constitution in the spirit of the Congregation.
Offices
The major offices in the Congregation consists of:
(i) Elective members: Superior General and Councilors
(ii) Non- Elective members: Secretary General
(iii) Bursar General
(iv) Local Superiors
(v) Zonal Coordinators
(vi) Formation Personnel
The following is the order of precedence:
(i) The Superior General
(ii) The Vicar General
(iii) The General Councilors
(iv) Zonal Co-ordinators
(v) The local Superior in the Generalate House
(vi) The Secretary General
(vii) The Bursar General
(viii) The Local superiors in order of first profession
(ix) Other professed members according to seniority of profession
(x) Novices in order of the canonical reception into the Novitiate.
